Best CL we've stopped on. So peaceful and quiet, ideal for our dog who loved it. Spotlessly clean shower and toilets and it was a nice touch that hand towels and some toiletries were provided. Enjoyed watching the animals and being able to feed the hens and Wendy's home made jam was so delicious we bought some to take home. Will stay there again as it was so easy to get to and so easy to get to park and ride into York. Fantastic pub 5 minutes down the road and lovely walk on Skipwith Common 10 minutes down the road.

Been many times before & enjoyed it just as much as ever. Wendy & Stuart were 100% busy with new lambs but are always so friendly & attentive. We turn our van to face the field where the new lambs first go outside, they are so funny & amusing to watch, a true pleasure. To be fair to every user the electricity is metered for every pitch so you just pay for what you use, simplicity!!
As well as being a CL (with plenty of choices of a no. of pitches & a shower/toilets) they have now got a private new Lodge with a terrific aspect facing countryside fabulous.
A little gem waiting to be discovered just south of York, give it a try SOON!!!

What a ‘little gem’ of a site!
A bit off the beaten track but so quiet & peaceful with everything you could ask for inc a super shower & a splendid pub just down the rd selling top notch food & drink around a splendid log fire @ very reasonable prices.
The owners here are super friendly & helpful, camping fees are the cheapest around & there’s even fresh farm produce for sale on-site.
We sat around our little bbq last night & awoke this morning to the gentle bleating of lambs… Top marks all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a brand new holiday home set very privately in it’s own space overlooking fields. This place is 5 star, the owner thought of everything. Very comfy bed, lovely furniture and modern colour scheme. Nice bathroom with large walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen, table outside with chairs and umbrella. Beautiful sunsets from large windows. Very bright and airy. Perfect for a couple getaway. Also near pubs and small shops. Minutes from Selby.

Visited this site 5 times now and it's so peaceful. Excellent shower and toilets. One of the best sites we've been on. Plenty of walks and dog friendly.
The owners Wendy and Stu are lovely and so helpful
